ONE MAAY specializes in collector frames and picture frames — including our best-selling tennis collector frames and an established picture frame selection trusted by customers for years. We ship worldwide and are committed to getting your order to you reliably, with no surprise fees at the door.
No Hidden Fees. Duties & Taxes Always Covered.
For international orders, ONE MAAY covers all import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes — what you pay at checkout is the total you pay, period.
All international shipments are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis:
- Import duties and taxes are pre-paid by ONE MAAY
- No additional charges upon delivery — guaranteed
- Full transparency at checkout before payment is collected
This applies to every international order, regardless of destination.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Made-to-order products require additional production time before shipment:
- Off-season (mid-February–September): approximately 1 additional week (8–10 business days total before shipping)
- Peak season (October–mid-February): approximately 2 additional weeks (15–17 business days total before shipping)
Product pages indicate whether an item is made-to-order or in stock. If you're unsure, contact us at support@onemaay.com before ordering.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Origins
ONE MAAY ships from two fulfillment locations:
- United States — The majority of our products, including most collector frames, ship from our U.S.-based warehouse.
- China / Hong Kong — Select products ship from our manufacturing partners in China or Hong Kong.
Your shipping confirmation will indicate the origin of your shipment. If your order contains items from both locations, they may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Every ONE MAAY order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ONE MAAY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@onemaay.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@onemaay.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if the item arrived damaged)
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, including reshipping or refunding where appropriate.

U.S. in-stock orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase. International in-stock orders typically arrive within 6–13 business days. Made-to-order products require additional production time — see the delivery estimates table above for full breakdowns.
Does ONE MAAY charge import duties or customs fees?
No. ONE MAAY covers all import duties and taxes on international orders. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning the price you pay at checkout is the total you pay — there is nothing additional due upon delivery.

How long does it take to receive a made-to-order ONE MAAY frame?
Made-to-order products require additional production time before shipping. During off-season (mid-February through September), expect approximately 1 extra week of production time (10–15 business days total for U.S. orders). During peak season (October through mid-February), allow approximately 2 extra weeks (17–22 business days total for U.S. orders). International orders follow the same production schedule with shipping time added on top. Product pages will indicate if an item is made-to-order.
My ONE MAAY order has multiple items — will they arrive together?
If your items ship from different fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages. Both shipments will include individual tracking numbers at no extra charge.
Can I change my shipping address after placing a ONE MAAY order?
We process orders quickly. Please contact us at support@onemaay.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
What if my ONE MAAY package is delayed?
Occasional carrier or customs delays can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@onemaay.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
